He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Scow; his wife Norma Vakoc; and his daughter Diane Heatherly. He is survived by: his sons, Fred Vakoc (Vicki), Rod Vakoc (Tammy) and Brad Vakoc; and his grandchildren, Tonya Reeves (Seth), Holly Tramil (Chris), Andrea Scott, Jennifer Ward (Jeff), Rodney Vakoc, Chris Vakoc (Lacie), Bradley Vakoc (Rayná) and Victoria Vakoc. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren.
