He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas Hoffman and Margaret Elizabeth Havens Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Buck; his daughters, Melissa M. Hoffman of Newark, DE and Beth Ann Lewis of BuckEye Lake, OH; his stepdaughter Hillary R. Buck of Greensboro, NC.; his son Keith Hoffman of Daytona, FL; his grandchildren, Abigail Buck, Julie Wegman, Isabelle Wegman and Orion Hoffman-Wilcox; and his siblings, Cindy Yurchis of Largo, FL and John Hoffman of Largo, FL..
