He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl R. Miller, Sr. and Blauch Farley Miller; and his wife Betty E. Miller. He is survived by: his children, Pam Conner (Tony), Don R. Miller, Jr. and Allen Miller (Jeny); and his siblings, Charles Miller (Jeretta), Nancy Morris (Dennis), Carl R. Miller, Jr. (Yetta) and Penny Baughan (Curtis). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
