She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Elkins and Sallie Kate Elkins; her husband James "Pops" Pridgen; and her son Joseph Wise. She is survived by: her brother Harrison Elkins (Jessie); and her children, Becky Meadows (Sammy), Kenneth Wise (Dianne) and Tommy Wise of Hendersonville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
