It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Rogers of Hayesville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris C. Hogsed and Genevieve Reynolds Hogsed; and her son Jamie Mitchell Rogers. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Rogers; her children, Tina Cantrell (Randall) of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, Stacy Rogers (Paula) of Murphy and Michael Rogers (Chandice) of Hayesville; her granddaughters, Ariana, Gabriella, Alaina Rogers and Payton Cantrell; and her sisters, Shirley Ann Eller (Jerry) of Hayesville, Kathy McConnell (Stanley) of Hayesville and Jackie Coffey (Ronnie) of Hayesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
