Wanda Jean Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2023, at the age of 70, Wanda Jean Carter of Hayesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Waldroup and Lilly Waldroup; and her siblings, Junior Waldroup, Ray Waldroup, Johnny Waldroup, Delores Morgan and Hilda Taylor.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Davis Carter (Erin), Drake Carter and Jenna Carter; and her siblings, Joyce Pelot, Geraldine Swords, Theresa Pierson, Vivian Baker and Randall Waldroup. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in laws.
