She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Sr. Kincaid and Loretta Sizemore Kincaid; and her brother William "Bill" Kincaid Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Foley of Hayesville; her children, Deborah Foley Capps (Bryant) of Maggie Valley and Michael Foley of Atlanta, Georgia; her granddaughter Allorah Capps; and her sister Vickie Kincaid Haag (Robert) of Beattyville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
