With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Schaaf (Hayesville, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on June 4, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fitzpatrick and Albertine Rogalle Fitzpatrick; and her sister Jean Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her husband George Nicholas Schaaf of Hayesville; her sons, Stephen Daniel McKenna of Centre and George Victor Schaaf of Juneau, Alaska; her grandchildren, Eva McKenna, Mary Ngwenya and Jack Schaaf; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Ngwenya, Josephine Ngwenya and Evelyn Ngwenya.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations to the Clay County Food Pantry.
