She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hales and Elizabeth Adams Pangburn; her husband William V. "Bill" Bastow; her son Gray Bastow; and her brothers, John, Earl and Charles Pangburn.
She is survived by: her daughter Erica DeFosse (Jeff) of Altamonte Springs, Florida; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Jones of Mays Landing. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
