It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ruth Chastain of Hayesville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Darnell and Dimple Williams Darnell; her husband Larry Chastain; and her close friend Bud Garrett. She is survived by: her son Mitchell; her daughter-in-law Sandy Chastain; her grandchildren, Brandon Chastain and Brittney McKeon (Bailey); and her aunt Eva Lee Settle. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws; nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
