With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lavaughn Fair (Hayesville, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Raper and Gertrude Thomas Raper; her husband Eugene Steven Fair (Gene) of Fair's Grocery Store; her brothers, Hubert and Marvin Raper; her sister-in-law Martha Hensley Raper; her daughter-in-law Lisa Timpson Fair; and her grandson-in-law Andrew Ethridge.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hoyt Raper and Verniece "Tootsie" Kilpatrick (Joe); her sisters-in-law, Terry Raper Brown and Dorothy Oliver Raper; her children, Terry Fair (Jill), Lisa F. Sledge and Jennifer F. Cain (Maynard); her grandchildren, Misty D., Nicole K. Avins (Glenn), Joshua D. Kidd, Kristin F. Seaton (Chris), Meagan L. Cain, Rachel F. Fry (William), Ashley F. Brittle (Jack), Kathryn E. Sanders and Caroline L. Sanders; and her great grandchildren, Kyle and Matthew Kerchofer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
