She is survived by: her children, Shirley Sherlin (Herbie), Susan Worley (Jamie), Sandra "Sandy" Curtis (Brian) and Danny Lance (Tammy); her stepchildren, Darlene Lance Pittman and Johnny Lance (Teresa); her sister Ann Ledford; her friend Maxine Moore; her grandchildren, Misty Garcia, Josh Collins, Kelley Cross, Daniel Sherlin (Heather), Dylan Curtis (Lauren), Ashley Smith (Steven), Alicia Shook (Terence), Sammy Lance, Lance Cash, Brandy Snider, Mandy Fuller of Sheila Green, J.
