It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anton Carl Stab of Hayesville, North Carolina, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Sr. Stab and Anna Stab (Fackler); his brothers, Oswald Jr., Rev. Herbert and Martin Stab Sr.; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Swallick and Geraldine Hodges; and his niece Kimberly Esposito.
He is survived by: his stepfather NJ; his stepson Keith Kirchner; his wife Priscilla; his brother Leon (Nancy); his sister-in-law Elaine; his nephews, Mark (Rhonda), Scott (Debra), Paul (Penny), Charles (Sony), Brian, Martin Jr. Stab and Richard Swallick (Elizabeth); and his niece Cheryl. He is also survived by 11 great nephews and nieces, and 3 great-great nephews and niece.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Macon County, North Carolina chapter of Habitat for Humanity or the American Cancer Society.
