He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Chinkhan (Stevan) of Hayesville; his stepsons, Hector Rivera (Maggie) of Young Harris and Jorge Rivera (Liz) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Jenny Cruz of Florida and Miguel Cruz Jr. (Ady) of Puerto Rico; his grandchildren, Steven Chinkhan (Christiana) of Hiawassee, Christian Chinkhan (Carlie) of Dawsonville, Georgia and Julia Chinkhan of Hayesville; and his great grandchild Aurora Chinkhan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
