It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Inscoe (Halifax, North Carolina), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned J. Dickens and Mable Cullom Dickens; her husband Howard; her daughter Melanie Starr Inscoe; and her sister Peggy Jane Dickens.
She is survived by: her son Jamie Inscoe (Elizabeth) of Littleton; her brother Sammy Dickens (Christine) of Littleton; and her grandchildren, Tucker and Emma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
