It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lewis (Grifton, North Carolina), who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Cox and Sadie Quinn Cox; and her significant other Alton Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Dean McLawhorn (Kerry) of Leland, Connie Rhem of Grifton and Steve Lewis of Grifton; her grandchildren, Justen Lewis (Natasha) of Vandenburg, AF and Cassie Grady of Scuffleton; her great grandchildren, Brody, Kolby, Brooke and Logan; and her siblings, Toby McDaniel and Patricia Ward of Wilmington.
