He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Leslie and Gatha Phillips Rouse; and his siblings, Gloria King, Uzzell, Thurman, Bobby Lee and Elbert.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Stanley Rouse; his daughter Tina Moore (Billy); his siblings, Clara Algar (Al) and Bill Rouse; his brother-in-law Bobby King; and his grandchildren, Jared Scott Moore and Janna Elizabeth Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
