She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis "Ham" Hoffman; her parents, David Huggins and Phoebe Huggins; and her siblings, Richard, Tom, William "Bill", Faye Huggins, Hazel Phillips, Peggy Tripp, Rachel Seymour and Lib Harrison (Carlton Williams).
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Willoughby (Gary); her grandson Eddie Beddard; her brother Randall Huggins (Linda); her sister-in-law Ruby Huggins; her niece Ann Sessoms; and her nephews, Steve, Danny and Tommy Tripp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
