She is survived by: her husband Sammy Eugene Gates; her children, Robert Burton Greene (Yogesh Naik) of San Francisco, CA, Sandra Greene Huggins (Bill) of Elizabethtown, NC and Aaron Gates (Kristie) of Kinston, NC; her grandchildren, Chelsea Webb (Micheal), Leslie Warren, Samuel Aaron Gates II, Maryn Gates, Levie Gates and Selah Belle Gates; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Webb, Boone Webb and Harper Warren.
