He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard W. Barrow, Sr. and Thelma Dixon; and his siblings, Lucille Tripp, Carol Gaskins, Delano F. Barrow and Cleveland Barrow.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Posey Barrow; his sons, Walter Whitfield, Neill Barrow (Karen) and Nicholas Barrow (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Walter Whitfield, Hayley Whitfield, Ashely Whitfield, Hope Whitfield Taylor, Neill Barrow Jr., Chance Barrow, McKayla Barrow and Nicholas Barrow. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
