Hawks (Bill) of Charlotte, NC, Samantha Rouse of Greensboro, NC, Matthew Boelkins of Grand Rapids, MI, Christina Boelkins of Chapel Hill, NC and Jonathan Boelkins of Charlotte, NC; his great grandchild Audrey Hawks; his nieces and nephews, John "Jackie" B. Rouse, III, George Rouse, Ron Harper, Randy Rouse, Mark Windham, Deborah E. Ennis and Mary R. Hale; his sisters-in-law, Durleen Lindsey of Garner, NC and Kathy Boyd-Metzelaar of Mason, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Donnie Lindsey, Blake Boyd, Donna L. Pleasants, Deanna L.
