With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Thomas Dixon (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 22, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dixon and Daisy Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Strickland Dixon; his son Jeffrey Dixon (Tanya) of Kinston; his stepchildren, Malinda McLawhorn (Dickie) of Farmville, Bobby Woolard of Bell Arthur and William (Boo); and his brother Lesley Dixon of Monroe. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
