It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jesse Caleb Cox (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louise Fredericks, Jack Wynne and Nancy Brown Wynne; his great-uncles, Danny Ray Cox, Bobby Cox and Lester Brown; and his great-aunt Peggy Cox.
He is survived by: his parents, Susan Wynne Cox and Jesse Durwood Cox (Tanis); his sisters, Virginia Claire Cox (Chase) and Jessica Carawan Casie (Brian); his uncle Jay Wynne; and his stepbrother Alex Henderson (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces, nephew, many cousins and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is starting a scholarship in his memory for students at Rose High School for students planning to go in to construction.
