He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie S. Mills of Chocowinity, NC. and Eula Mae Mills of Chocowinity, NC.; and his brothers, Albert Mills and Junior Mills (late Dorlis Boyd Mills). He is survived by: his wife Dorlis Boyd Mills; his brother Rev. Huey Mills of Lancaster, SC; his daughters, Kim Reichert (Todd) of Raleigh, NC and Wendy Sandy (Chris) of Rocky Mount; his grandsons, Jacob Sandy and Joshua Sandy; and his nephews, W. A. Mills and Anthony Mills.
