He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeno Moye and Louise Boyd Dixon; and his half-sister Janet Buie. He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Dixon; his wife Vicki; his daughters, Farrah Mitchum (Todd) and Valerie Dixon; his grandchildren, Gray Mitchum and Faith Mitchum; and his siblings, Sue D. Galbreath of Winterville, Jack V Dixon (Nancy) of Grimesland, Brenda D. Adams (Tal) of Stokestown and Louie M. Dixon (Suzanne) of Greenville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Since Randy always believed in giving, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to Black Jack FWB Church building fund or to the FWB Children's Home at PO Box 249, Middlesex, NC 27557.
