It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Manning Haislip (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Manning and Bessie Manning; her husband Roy Daniel Haislip; and her grandchildren, Laura Danielle Whitehurst, Laura Caitlyn Whitehurst and Scott O'Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Wahlen of Greenville, Shirley Lynch of Greenville, Linda Brown (David) of Robersonville, Ruth Bell (Ron) of Raleigh, Dynita Haislip (Tom) of Greenville and Ed O'Neal of Robersonville; and her grandchildren, Shannon Wahlen, Patrick Wahlen, Brenda Williams, Jason Lynch, Justin Lynch, Toby Hoffman, Belinda Hoffman, Alexis Riggs, Josh Mercer, Shawna Lynn Perry, Chad Haislip, Logan Whitehurst, Thomas Gottschall and Shawn O'Neal. She is also survived by 37 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
