She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Goff and Lidie Mae Hamm Goff; her husband Herman Smithson; her son Charles Smithson; and her siblings, Dal, Lee, Irene and Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Edna Moye (Lewis) of Ormonsdville and Raymond Smithson (Gail) of Scuffleton; and her sisters, Ada Wainright and Nellie Baldree. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren, and many other extended family.
