It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Kay Meeks Elks (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Allen Meeks Sr.; and her brother James Allen Meeks Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Stuart Elks; her daughters, Kaley Elks and Brittany McQueen; her son-in-law David McQueen; her mother Emily Meeks; her brother Jeffrey Meeks; and her brother-in-law Barney Barker.
