With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daisy Elizabeth Morris of Greenville, North Carolina, born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bass and Lena Windham Bass; her son James 'Jimmy" Howard Johnson; and her siblings, Marie Mozingo, Dollie Jones and Joe Bass Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Mavis Watson, Rosa Proctor, Betty Ivey and Roderick Bass; her grandchildren, Franklin "Buddy" Johnson (Britany), Reba Lomberk (Billy), Jacob Johnson (Summer) and Christopher Griffen (Kayla); her great grandchildren, James, Stephen, Ashlynn, AdaBelle, Raelynn, Brynleigh and Stormi Lee; and her stepchildren, Sally Hunter and Troy Morris Jr..
