She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Streeter and William Streeter of North Carolina; and her husband James F. Over. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Jeter of Huber Hts; and her siblings, Dora Robinson of Maryland and Kelly Streeter of North Carolina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
