He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest "Pete" Brown and Mary Adkins Brown; his friend Betty Kearns; and also, Linda Brown and Sandra Brandon.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Garner (Chris) of Randleman, Scott Allen Brown of Greensboro and Kimberly Dawn Rominger of Walnut Cove; his grandchildren, Kylie Reece Misenhiemer and Christopher Cornelius Garner, II; his siblings, Earnest "Red" Brown (Cheryl) of Reidsville, Ann Cooper (Virgil) of Greensboro and Bobby Ray Brown (Maria) of Reidsville; and his half-sister Mary May (Paul) of Julian.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the George Brothers Funeral Service (803 Greenhaven Dr, Greensboro, NC 27406). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
