As Jack departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jack leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Bumgarner and Lorena Kirby Bumgarner; his wife Pansy Cornette Bumgarner; and his siblings, Roy, Mack, Howard (Billy Bumgarner) and Betty Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Ann Elaine Gosnell of Granite Falls; and his sister Joan Elkins of Connelly Springs.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (1545 Orchard Dr, Lenoir, NC 28645).
