She is survived by: her husband Needham Earl Fail; her children, Dennis Earl Fail (Julie) of Goldsboro, Keith Fail of Pikeville, Rex Fail (Angie) of Goldsboro and Shari Langley (Sammy) of Goldsboro; her siblings, Charles Whitaker (Brenda) of Richlands, NC, Clyde Whitaker (Glenda) of Pine Level, Jean Woodard of Goldsboro and Goldie Moore (Ronnie) of Angier; her sister-in-law Lillian Whitaker of Princeton; her grandchildren, Eric Langley (Tanya), Jenna Stokes (Jess), Joshua Fail (Lauren), Jessica Fail, Megan Fail, Brooke Allen (Logan) and Anna Fail; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Mason, Hunter of Hannah, S. J., Arah and Addison. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and all her family.
