She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oates Bell and Ida Cornelia Spencer Bell; her husband Otto Murray Payseur; her son-in-law Frank Anderson; and her brothers-in-law, Colan Beaver and Jim Frye.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Cronley (Anthony); her sisters, Peggy Beaver, Sue Scott (Ted) and Johnnie Flanigan; her granddaughters, Shandra Anderson Walker and Chesney Anderson Davis (Brian); and her great grandchild Maddox Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
