He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Williams and Lessie Mae Brown Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sauls Williams; his sons, Martin "Marty" Williams (Shirley) and Jay Harvell Williams; and his siblings, Joanne Massey, Betty Lou Hill and Mitchell Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
