William Leslie Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Leslie Smith of Garland, North Carolina, who passed away on July 1, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jessup Smith and Rossie Allen Pate Smith; and his siblings, Franklin Smith, Ronald Smith and Lula Hansen.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his sons, Dean Smith (Tiffany) of Wilmington, NC, Jason Smith of Wilmington, Anthony Smith (Bridgette) of Faison and Randall Smith (Tawnya) of Garland; his stepdaughter Angela Garner (Shane) of Robbins; his siblings, Richard Smith (Patricia) of Garland, Lynn Smith (Susan) of Garland, Julia Hansen of Clinton and Gaynelle Bryant of Garland; his grandchildren, Allen Smith, Santana Smith, Dylan Smith, Xavier Smith, Tatum Smith, Alexa Smith, Larry Gardner, Caleb Garner and Tyler Garner; and his great grandchildren, Serenity Smith and Cataleya Smith.
