He is survived by: his son Jason Gaines (Cindi) of Asheboro; his sister Gina Allred (Clifford) of Franklinville; his niece Shena Hill of Asheboro; and his nephews, Clifton Allred of Franklinville and Brian Hill (Tracie) of Archdale.
