He is survived by: his children, Brandy Bodden (Ceasar) and James Hayes of Ramseur; his siblings, Esther Jacobs of Dunn, Beverly Owens of Ramseur and David Hayes of Ramseur; his grandchildren, Curtis, Williams of Ramseur, Courtney Williams of Franklinville and Isiah Bodden of Franklinville; his sister-in-law Annie Ruth Hayes; his nieces and nephews, Misty Owens, Celena Owens, Wandagail Graham, Patricia Bowman, Jessica Hayes, Michael Hayes, Johnny Owens, Jimmy Owens, Rodney Owens and Dustin Hayes; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hallie McLearth, Emily McLearth, Summer Owens, Breanna Owens, Annabell Simpson, Katelynn Owens, Jayda Lanier, Olivia Owens, Kim Hayes, Christina Andrews, Jonathan Owens, Ryan Owens, Jeremy Owens, Taylor Owens, Tyler Owens, Liam Owens, Brycen Hayes, Nathaniel Lanier and Jamies Hayes.
