He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Howard Campbell; his wife Martha Allred Campbell; and his siblings, Christine Vassey, Nora Belle Adair, Mildred Bradley, Pat Smith, Nina King, Luther Campbell, Ben Adams and Gerald Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Viki Brooks (Tim) of Bostic, Phillip Campbell of Henrietta, Chris Campbell of Cliffside and William "Billy" Campbell, Jr. (Donna) of Shiloh; his siblings, Sue Bostic of Bostic, Mittie Rumfelt of Forest City and Earl Campbell (Shirley) of Forest City; his grandchildren, Kimberly Byers, Phillip Campbell, Jr., Misty Jill Campbell, Ariel Campbell, Raven Campbell, Brionna Campbell, Kyla Bumgarner, Kelly Brooks and Caleb Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Jade Campbell and Tucker Bumgarner.
