She was predeceased by: her father James Authur Garrett Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Lucille Hooper Blythe; her husband Tim Hill; her children, Tara Tays Davis (Justin) of Ellenboro, NC, Kayla Hill Cramer (Robert) of Mooresboro, NC, Chelsea Hill of Charlotte, NC and Jonathan Hill of Forest City, NC; her grandchildren, Kaidence Davis, Emmitt Cramer, Margaret Daniel of Albany, GA and Tina Garrett of Fort Myers, FL; and her brothers, Ed Hooper of Odenton, MD and Artie Garrett of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
