She was predeceased by: her parents, J. L. Butler and Ethel Huntley Butler; her former husband Jimmy F. Flack; and her husband Dan Ferree. She is survived by: her sons, Jef Flack (Lynn) of Forest City and Mark Flack (Kim) of Forest City; and her grandchildren, Lauren Hensley (Austin) of Forest City, Tyler Flack of Forest City, Bryson Flack of Forest City and Natalie Flack of Forest City.
The family suggest memorials be made in her memory to South Mountain Christian Camp, Post Office Box 9, Bostic, North Carolina 28018.
