He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norr and Martha Norr; and his wife Karen Norr. He is survived by: his son James A. Norr, III (Treva); and his siblings, Donna Fleeger, Delores Norr and Marvin Norr. He is also survived by Two Grandchildren Three Great-Grandchildren.
