She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Thomas Boiter and Hester Cochran Boiter; and her sister Betty Jo Harmon. She is survived by: her nieces, Pam Harmon of Shelby and Carole Harmon Tharpe (Neal) of Mooresville; and her nephew Tommy Harmon (Amy) of Kings Mountain.
