She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry May and Gladys May; her husband John Link; and her brothers, Cecil and Carl May.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Ruff of Mills River, NC, Richard Wilkie (Stacie) of Lincolnton, NC and Karen Minot of Hendersonville, NC; her stepdaughters, Angie Osteen of Henderson County and Amy Osteen-Hamilton of Henderson County; and her grandchildren, Christopher Rhodes, Amy Cook, Anthony Boyd, Lauren Wilkie, Andrew Wilkie, Dustin Wilkie, Hanna Wilkie, Cassandra Townsend, Kristine Barringer, Katie Fritog, Amber Minot, Eddie Minot, Daren Jennings and Katie Jennings. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
