He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Gossett and Margaret Day Gossett; his wife Doris Glenda Gossett; his son Terry Gossett; and his siblings, Sharon Gossett, Faye Gossett, Bill Gossett, Edward Gossett, Johnny Gossett, Elizabeth Gossett Hamilton and Gene Gossett.
He is survived by: his son Michael Glenn Gossett; his grandson Jason Glenn Gossett; and his siblings, Grace McKinna (late Jim), Margaret Ann Hill (Jack) and Bob Gossett (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
