He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynne Smith Looper; his son Geoffrey Shawn Looper of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Kymber Nichole Looper, Gracelyn Looper of Greensboro, Michael Looper of Greensboro and Gabriel "Gab" Looper of Greensboro; and his brother-in-law Wayne Smith of Pamplin, VA. He is also survived by other brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
