He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Olan Welch, Sr. and Lena Bell Fisher Welch; his wife Ann Welch; and his daughter Sherry Ann Welch. He is survived by: his children, Clarence "Pat" Welch, III (Angie), Michael Welch (Christina), Lori Welch Wilson (Ricky), Bobbi Welch (Jamie) and Eric Welch (Heather); his grandchildren, Kriston, Hunter, Alanie, Aaron, Avery, Logan, Luke and Chloe; his great grandchild Tatum; and his siblings, Lynette Baxter (Bernie) and Carl Welch (Dee Dee).
