He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Braswell and Bessie Turner Braswell; and his brother Glenn Braswell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gray Braswell; his daughters, Vanissa Wayne (Greg Collins) of Elizabethtown and Tempie Rae Lucas (Mike) of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, Tony Braswell (Jean) of Faison, Charles Braswell (Karen) of Topsail Beach and Donnie Lanier of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Logan Wayne, Ian Lucas, Amanda Wayne Powers (Donald) and Tyler Gray Lucas; and his great grandchild Brooklyn.
