He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith of Washington and Esther Melvin Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Garrett Smith (Kimberly) of Cypress Creek, Jamie Smith (Ericka) of Clarkton and Blake Hood (Angel) of Raleigh; the mother of his children Sylvia C. Smith of White Lake; his siblings, Neil Smith of Fair Bluff, Clifford Smith (Nancy) of Ammon, Loretta Harris (Lonnie) of Ammon, Marguerite Coble (Johnny) of Ammon and Paralee McCall (Wayne) of Ammon; his grandchildren, Kirkland, Zoey, Khloey, Ensley, Nicholas (Emilee), Morgan, Brooke, Alexis and Camden; his great grandchild Clayton; and his close friend Polly Garner. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Due to the COVID epidemic, all attendees are asked to please wear masks.
