He is survived by: his wife Dorothy D. Barnes; his children, Lisa Gautier of Roseboro, Karen Brown of Holly Ridge, Christy Howard of Delco and Allen Barnes of Garland; and his stepdaughters, Angie Lewis of Greenville and Julia Flynn of Sanford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchild, and 2 step-granddaughters.
